When you place an order you should be directed through PayPal and receive both a confirmation email from ourselves aswell as PayPal. Once an order has been confirmed you will receive a following email or message (your chosen platform) on when the service will take place (both parties must agree).

To better protect yourselves and us we've chosen to use PayPal as our secure and easy method to process payments.  

You will then be contacted on when your service can be implemented, within 24-48 hours (could be shorter or longer). 

Video proof will be provided aswell (uploaded to youtube) if requested we can use skype, zoom etc to screen share the steps taken to complete the service being undertaken.

Once the service has been finalised you will receive another email stating the services undertaken and implemented, we will then confirm you're happy with your purchase before finalising the service with a link to video proof of your chosen service.
