Why do you charge for your services?

We charge a small fee due to software used allowing us to implement these services as well as the risk involved in having to disable certain security settings for the software to work. 

     

I've purchased a service and haven't received a confirmation email for yourself?  

Please check your spam & junk folders, you should receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes. If you're still unable to find it please contact us well be happy to help and rectify an issues. 

      

I've purchased a service but it hasn't been completed within the time frame stated on your Order Process page?

If a service hasn't been completed within the time frame stated then please contact us so we can arrange a refund and have the services completed.  

        

I've purchased a service but not all have been completed?

If a service hasn't been fully completed please contact us so we can rectify this issue and see if a refund is necessary. 


Ive had to input my address to complete my order, why is this needed?

Currently this is a madatory field with our web service provider, however we do provide video proof after each purchase to show we dont use this information in any way shape or form. We delete all information on video, provide the service and remove all customers information for clarity and peace of mind. 


What is video proof and can you explain this?

Video proof is where we provide evidence on the services purchased, how theyre implemented and what information is used. We never need your login details or any other information at all, we pride ourselves on transparency and trust to implement the chosen services how you see fit.
